Our laboratory is dedicated to work on developing new and elegant catalytic reactions that are highly efficient and of broad utility. We are interested in the application of these novel reactions to build broad range of organic molecular libraries to find potential lead molecules in various medicinal chemistry aspects. Our chemistry broadly relies on the use of functionalized alkynes as precursors for various hetero and carbo cycles via electrophilic activation and as C-Metal surrogates which opens wide new avenues to utilize in tandem.
